Willie Nelson's "beautiful Luck wasn't so Lucky recently."

A post on the country star's Facebook page says the portion of his ranch he calls Luck, TX was damaged last week in severe storms with "tornado force winds."

The message adds that he's "happy to report no one was hurt and the church only had a few windows blown out," but the bank and post office were destroyed and the World Headquarters is "holding on by a splinter."

However, Nelson and his team "aren't complaining," and note that other communities in the area "got it a lot worse."  They add that "Luck is a tough town.  It can be rebuilt."

Luck, TX was created in 1986 the set to the movie inspired by Nelson's 1975 album Red Headed Stranger. Over the years Willie has maintained the property, which has occasionally been used for video shoots.

Nelson also uses the town to host his Heartbreaker Banquet during the South By Southwest Music Festival, and to house his rescue horses.
